The halls of the Enterprise are bright and well lit. Adia can immediately see that having a hangover here would just be every kind of painful to anyone sensitive to the light. A faint swish announces the turbolift as it slides open. Jim leads Adia inside and takes them up several decks. He's quiet during the ride, expression despondent but not very readable besides.

It's much less bright on the observation deck. The lights are often kept down to minimal percents to allow for a better view of space. At the moment there isn't terribly much to see as the galaxy flashes by at a placid warp four.

"I didn't know." Jim sighs and looks back at Adia finally once he's pulls a chair out for her to sit at the table he'd been working it.

"I've been so caught up here I didn't even realize...Adia I'm sorry."
