"Don't mess around Tiber--" Jim's concern is with the kneazle, reaching up to ruffle his fur and getting a very loud and short lived purr for the effort. A distraction while Felix reads everything over. Jim's already spilled his coffee in his shock. He doesn't fancy another mess being made over all of this.
There's precious little there and yet so very much. Jim nods at the exclamation his husband gives once, but the gesture morphs into a helpless little shrug partway through.
