"Don't worry." Jim can't help but widen his grin in an attempt not to laugh. "I'm not usually a huge fan of ceremony either. But since we couldn't bring people to Nirn for the wedding, figured we might as well have the Party somewhere all our friends could find us. I'm sure Felix hasn't wandered too far if you were looking for him."

The names are certainly strange, but Jim doesn't even consider that the gentlemen he's shaking hands with are anything other than human until Crowley brings up the pesky idea of time into the picture. That and the fact that Crowley implied that they don't know either groom, and Jim's just now starting to get an idea of how wrong his first assumptions were.

Are they Gods? Just how many does the Nexus have at this point? More over, would Felix be thrilled or horrified to know Jim had just approached a pair of them like he would have any other person with no reverence whatsoever? Blue eyes flit between angel and demon a moment, though he doesn't drop his smile. This human is well practiced at keeping his cool and lying through his teeth when needs must.

"Well, the game's easy enough. Felix's friends play those sorts of games a lot. I found out about it a couple of days ago." He gestures to another table further on, where his first officer is trying to walk a rather metallic looking person through their futuristic chess. "Felix's world and mine are fairly different. I can't say he's from the past, because it's an altogether separate reality, but technology wise? From where most of the Nexus seems to be he's from the Past and I'm from the Future. That's why there's so much mixing."
